Preface

The idea for this book came from my desire to share the techniques and skills I learned and developed over 25 years of coaching clients how to customize presentations for audiences to not only receive a message but to perceive a message. When a message is perceived, the audience internalizes it and takes it with them. They understand the intent and the application of the message. They know the value and how it fits into what they already know.

I have coached clients from a variety of fields and markets ranging from architects to doctors to corporate executives to teachers to doctoral candidates.
