1.1 What Is Business Ethics?

Business Ethics has been defined as the collection of moral principles, values, and policies that oversee the manner in which organizations and individuals participate in various activities. The subject matter of business ethics includes areas that have the potential of being confrontational as discrimination, insider trading, bribery, social responsibility, etc. Often laws have been passed to provide guidelines for organizations to follow [1].
