Business-to-consumer models focus on the relationships between business and consumers. Consumers,
presently, prefer to buy products or avail services through e-commerce. Buying digital products, ticket-
ing, hotel room booking and so on are performed through the Internet where business and customers
establish direct relationship for transacting goods and services.
