All products and Web sites must have a privacy statement that is easy to find and easy to understand. The privacy statement must indicate all collection, storage, or sharing of data from users or their computers. For Web sites, the link to the privacy statement should be placed at the bottom of each Web page. For applications with a UI, a link to the privacy statement should be located beneath the Help menu. For applications that do not have a UI, its EULA or download site should contain its privacy statement.
