The Privacy Specification
Each component should have a privacy specification that describes all privacy data, transmissions, features, and dependencies. The privacy specification should be started by the component team's PL during the initial design phase for the component and be completed before the first public release of the component. This specification acts as the master working document on privacy for a component. All privacy-related information should be detailed by this document. Even if a piece of privacy content is not contained in this document, it should be referenced by it. For example, a link to the privacy statement should be included in this document.
