A TLS Client Certificate contains several important items:

• A Subject Distinguished Name (SubjectDN ) that identifies a person or device. It contains a Common Name such as the person’s full name, for example, Lawrence E. Hughes. It can include additional information that can include the person’s organization name, their city, their state, and their country, for example, PKIEdu Inc. in Frisco, Texas, US.
