Web development is hard. An increasingly broad set of major browsers coupled with millions of configurations and over a billion Internet users has redefined the web development process as a whole. Web developers and browser vendors have attempted to rein in the chaos with modernized web standards such as HTML 4.01, HTML 5, CSS 2.1, and CSS 3.
