We're not sure about the date. It must have been somewhere in August 2011 since we've had the crazy idea of writing a book. Having worked together on www.myget.org, we've learned we cooperate quite effectively. And being a member of the NuGet ecosystem, just like SymbolSource.org, Octopus, Chocolatey and many, many others, we felt there could be said enough about NuGet.
