A business is an ever-evolving entity, and the content found within this entity is also evolving. SharePoint is a great repository to store a lot of this content as it provides many features for content management; versioning, approval, and auditing, to name just a few. One of the biggest challenges in any SharePoint environment is keeping the content within the portal fresh and relevant for the business.
