A business is an ever-evolving entity, and the content found within this entity is also evolving. SharePoint is a great repository to store a lot of this content as it provides many features for content management; versioning, approval, and auditing, to name just a few. One of the biggest challenges in any SharePoint environment is keeping the content within the portal fresh and relevant for the business. This might include the latest holiday PTO schedule or corporate news announcements. If the content is not up to date, end users lose confidence and may look elsewhere for the information they need.
