I like to make a distinction between the actual elements that are involved when working with Telerik Reporting because they play very specific roles. There are three basic elements:
Reports are the elements that collect data from the datasource and transform the data into information with the format and layout defined for it.
Viewers are the elements that allow users to view and manipulate the reports.
Designers help developers create the reports.
