Selling Upgrades
In this chapter, I show you how to use the Windows Store to sell upgrades to your users from within your app. I demonstrate how to create entries in the simulator file that describe the upgrades, how to get information about which upgrades have been purchased, and how to start the Windows Store process to purchase upgrades.
Defining the Products in the Scenario File
The technique for creating in-app upgrades starts with definitions in a scenario file. For this chapter, I have created a new file in the store folder called upgrades.xml, the contents of which you can see in Listing 1.
