A Simple ClickOnce Publication
The easiest way to publish an application through ClickOnce is to choose Build 
Publish [ProjectName] from the Visual Studio menu, which walks you through a short wizard. This wizard doesn't give you access to all the ClickOnce features you'll learn about in this chapter, but it's a quick way to get started.
