6.4. Test Planning
Test planning is a part of quality-assurance planning or project planning within the quality process. The test-planning discussion here focuses on the strategy for testing, the resources required for the tests, the risks associated with testing, scheduling the test cases, and creating and maintaining the test environment that is required to conduct the testing.
