Hiring the Crew

The crew is defined as all of the personnel, besides the actors, who are employed in the making of a film or video during principal photography. Just as important as finding the right actors to flesh out the story in front of the camera is the search for the right support group behind the camera. The crew represents the nuts and bolts of the production machine. The success of the project lies in their ability to collectively carry out the director’s vision of the script. The sum of their energies and creative input is responsible for the project being produced.
