System tokens were introduced in Chapter 4, "Portal Administration," in the context of customizing portal email templates (although they are also used for other purposes). The tables in this appendix identify and briefly describe the properties of each token. Recall that token properties may be referenced in email templates using the pattern [Token:Property]
