Device Driver Project on Codeplex

There is a community project to develop a Windows Embedded Compact device drivers for the Phidgets devices on the Codeplex site, initially created to support the previous version of Windows Embedded CE 6.0.

An updated device driver component designed to support Windows Embedded Compact 7 is now available from the project site. The URL to the Phidgets device driver project on the Codeplex site is:

http://phidgetswincedriver.codeplex.com

The exercise in the chapter is developed based on the driver component from this Codeplex project, using the following driver package:

  • PhidgetsFrameWork v214 for Compact 7 (x86)

The source code for the Phidgets driver is available from the Codeplex site, for those of you interested to delve into the code.
