Program Managers
e following questions are designed for program managers who wish
to assess their own competencies in program management with an
emphasis on using the results for their own personal improvement.
In answering the questions, a ve-point Likert scale is used as
follows:
1 = is practice does not apply to my work
2 = is practice applies to my work less than 25% of the time
3 = is practice applies to my work between 25 and 50% ofthe
time
4 = is practice applies to my work between 50 and 75% ofthe
time
5 = is practice applies to my work more than 75% of the time
