Program Managers
As more and more organizations turn toward program management,
there is a need for more people who are interested in being program
managers. Building on the competency model, in the performance and
personal competencies, people can use the following questionnaire to
evaluate their readiness in becoming a program manager or to see if
additional training or mentoring may be required in certain areas.
