Identifying Opportunities
As a program manager (PM), very oen you will participate in deciding
the course of your company’s pursuits, and this can be in a strategic or
tactical way. For example:
• Strategic—Your company is well established in designing and pro-
ducing military shipborne radar. Is it a good business decision to
