the actual time that it takes to do the work is really much more “correct”
than the estimates you made of the work when you created the schedule,
or quoted the program. at being the case, the EV approach might better
be seen as a measure of your ability to estimate the work, rather than the
eciency of how the work is actually being performed. But philosophi-
cally interesting though that may be, that is not the generally accepted
