positive reinforcement—“at was very smart of you to get Mary to help
with that problem—some engineers would have beaten their heads against
the wall for days before asking for help.” Contrast that with: “What’s the
matter with you? Don’t you know anything about Op Amps? And you call
yourself an engineer?” Trust me—I have seen both approaches, and there
is no comparison as to their eectiveness.
