Why should someone (the SE) who is clearly not responsible for the prob-
lem have to help x it? Surely, that is not fair! Your response, should that
come up, is to agree: “Right, it is not fair.” But in a true team, if one of the
members has a problem, the whole team has a problem. If the members of
