Program managers are integrators of people, processes, systems, technology, and most of all execution priorities. As highlighted in previous chapters, this integration role of the program manager is fundamental to a program’s success. The program manager connects the dots, conducts the business of the program, and aligns the troops toward the purpose and the ultimate achievement of program benefits.
