In this chapter, we will look at using an ultrasonic sensor. This will be used for measuring the distance between the sensor and an object in front of it.

We will also look at using the DHT11 humidity and temperature sensor. This sensor could be used to form part of a weather station or just used to monitor the humidity and temperature in a room.

After reading this chapter, you will be able to put these two sensors to use and understand how they work.
