Chapter 8Exporting Sounds for a Web Game

So far we’ve been building patches with fairly abstract goals, but starting with this chapter we’ll build some practical projects where we not only design sound effects, but design them with more real-world goals in mind. In this chapter we’ll look at the design of a web game, design a patch in Pd to create effects for that game, and then cover how to integrate the sounds into the code. This game will serve as an example of a project where we can’t use Pd in the final software, so we need to export static sound files.
