Configuring a Service to Interact with the Desktop
By selecting Allow Service To Interact With Desktop, you will be able to send user input, such as keyboard input, dialog boxes, and so on, to the currently logged-on user. So you should only use this configuration to send information to a user who you know is logged on to the computer.
Before we begin I must again reiterate that this should only be done under required circumstances. The following code should never be placed onto a production system.
