Are You Allowed to Make a Decision? Or the “Frustrated Developer’s Syndrome”
Our ability to make and implement project decisions depends on our professional environment, in particular the corporate culture in which we work. In many organizations, project teams are unable to contribute to major decisions and are not properly rewarded for making good choices.
