Managing human resources within a project
Human resource management for project managers has some specific characteristics that differentiate it, in emphasis and scope at least, from operational human resource management. Project managers will typically work within a framework of governance structures that lie outside their own organisational structures, and which are very likely to include people from external partner organisations.
