here is no question that the ability to focus a project will help
achieve success. Exactly how you do that is the question much of
the time. This chapter directs our attention toward working with
the customer.
Often, a project will take on a life of its own. It grows, changes,
and becomes its own living organism. During this metamorphosis,
the original intent of the project can be lost in translation, and the
