Revisiting Short-Term and Long-Term Training Goals

In the preceding chapter, you examined long- and short-term project management training goals. If you are very lucky, the workshop materials in this book may just about meet all of your short-term training goals. In reality, you may find that you’ll need to adapt the workshops outlined here to include necessary additional content to meet some of your short-term goals, perhaps deferring or eliminating some content as not applicable. In adapting workshop content, keep in mind the element’s modularity, reusability, adaptability, and “findability” discussed in the earlier section on “Targeting a Wide Audience.”
