Crafting an Effective Project Management Curriculum

Like many development projects, putting together a project management training curriculum is an iterative process. As the time approaches to present your first project management workshops, these course offerings will be—for the time being, at least—fairly fixed; and you will be able to publish course outlines and syllabuses that accurately reflect the substance of these courses.
