Like many development projects, putting together a project management training curriculum is an iterative process. As the time approaches to present your first project management workshops, these course offerings will be—for the time being, at least—fairly fixed; and you will be able to publish course outlines and syllabuses that accurately reflect the substance of these courses. Looking farther into the future, the course outlines may be less well-defined. You may even be tempted to post course outlines that imply that these courses are “waiting in the wings” to be offered on demand. Avoid leaving this impression if possible.
