ABSTRACT
Traceability gives essential assistance in understanding the relationships that exist within and across software requirements, design, and implementation and is critical to the development process by providing a means of ascertaining how and why system development products satisfy stakeholder requirements, especially for large complex systems. Traceability provides a path to the validation and verification of stakeholder requirements to assure these needs are met by the delivered system, as well as information on testing procedures, performance measures, non-functional characteristics, and behavioral aspects for the delivered system. ...
