Program Risk Audit

The purpose of the program risk audit is to provide a review and assessment of enterprise-wide planning, preparation, and execution for mitigating the risks of a program of interrelated projects and their issues and problems. The scope of the program audit is at the enterprise level. This will include high-level questions regarding overall project processes but will not include an assessment at the detailed project level. Project level audits occur throughout the execution phase of each project.
