THE AUTHOR
Glenn McGovern is currently a senior investigator for one of the larg-
est district attorney’s ofces in California. Over his 20-plus year career
he has worked as a Special Deputy U.S. Marshal, police ofcer, deputy
sheriff, and law enforcement specialist. It was as an 18-year-old member
of the U.S. Air Force Security Police, just beginning his law enforce-
