ter) that can occur via a mobile platform.
Mobile surveillance detection requires two things: time and distance.
This means the more often a person and/or vehicle is seen over an extended
period of time and distance, the more likely they are under surveillance.
Given the general lack of numbers of personnel available to a criminal
and/or terrorist organization, the more likely they will have to perform
the surveillance using between only one to a few surveillants. Anyone
