Public Policy Evaluation
The primary purpose of this chapter is to provide a broad overview of policy evaluation. We begin this chapter by discussing the concept of policy evaluation, the steps in policy evaluation, and how policy analysis differs from policy evaluation. Subsequently, we explain the policy evaluation types: content evaluation, process evaluation, outcome evaluation, impact evaluation, cost-benefit evaluation, experimental evaluation, and personnel performance evaluation.
