Viewing your map in QGIS and a browser

A published map can be viewed in QGIS and a browser. Depending on your needs, it is better to use one or the other. A web-based viewer is a good choice if all you need is viewing and some basic GIS functionality, such as map navigation, feature identification, and printing. Also, a web-based viewer is a great way to share your map with others.
