Getting started in quantum computing is greatly helped by the advent of the cloud. You can easily get access to quantum computing simulators and smaller systems today. In addition, plenty of courses (see Chapter 16) use available cloud resources to help you get started. Free credits are even available for many systems, reducing the cost of learning.
