Through this book we shall develop a different way of understanding safety in the workplace. This approach is Quantum Safety. It will challenge how we understand safety at a fundamental or philosophical level. For much of the early part of my career I simply accepted the concepts I had been taught and applied them. When I started to explore the notion of what I consider safety to be in the workplace, a whole new picture began to emerge. This book will take you on the same process of critical reflection and the creation of a new perspective of safety in the modern workplace.
