Too often consideration about Just Culture is distilled down to a particular iteration of a checklist or algorithm. This narrow focus has allowed fundamental philosophical flaws to perpetuate unchallenged, such as the rationale that an organisation can have a Just Culture which creates an atmosphere of trust whilst only being applicable to the worst of events.
