The most amazing claim I've ever seen for Extreme Programming was in the first talk I heard from Ron Jeffries when he said that the “Entire team agrees this is the best project they've ever been on.” It is no surprise, then, that some people think XP is a cult. How else can you explain the unanimous applause from the converts? Somehow or other, Extreme Programming has managed to make software development fun for the technical side of the project team.
