QuickBooks lets you add and remove historical information about a customer from the Create Invoices window, the Create Credit Memos/Refunds window, and most other “customer information” windows, too. To add historical information about a customer to a window, click the Transaction button that appears in the upper-right corner of the window just to the right of the Print Preview button. Note that you click links in the historical information panel to drill down and get more information about, for example, a listed transaction.
