Should You Get Intuit’s Help?
If you need help getting QuickBooks started and you’ve recently registered, Intuit offers a free, up-to-60-minutes, one-on-one coaching session. You can choose the Help⇒Get Started Right command to get more information on this helpful service. Note that the service wasn’t actually up and running at the time I wrote this book (during the prerelease testing phase of QuickBooks 2013’s life). So I can’t comment on the actual experience. But this nice freebie seems like a no-brainer.
If you meet the criteria, call Intuit. Get some help. Why would you not try this?
