This value is used to provide a message to
the
client in response to another packet. It is often found in
Access-Accept
messages to provide a welcome
message, an error message, or other information to the user.
It is not prudent for an administrator to bet on the end user seeing
whatever message is sent in the Reply-Message
attribute. Specific consumer/client software may ignore the attribute
or present its own notification to the user based on the packet in
which this attribute is found.
