There are two sides to every coin, and this rings especially true when we look at phase 3. On the one hand, phase 3 represents the official end of the 90 days transformation effort. On the other hand, it represents the first step toward implementation, a new beginning for the organization. Hence, phase 3 represents the tipping point between past and future, beginning and end.
