If you've never experienced Theory of Constraints (TOC), it's hard to imagine the impact it can have when everything comes together. Unsolvable problems become solvable. Complicated solutions become simpler. Elusive goals become reachable.

The road an enterprise travels to TOC is never easy, however. So imagine how hard it is when there is no road, much less a roadmap. None of us expected to be pioneers when we began, yet it quickly became apparent that we were indeed pushing past old frontiers and into uncharted territory.
