It was late September 2017, and Frederique Naulette, Human Resources (HR) and project manager of Nestlé needs YOUth (NNY) for Zone Europe, felt invigorated by the recent announcement from Nestlé’s CEO Mark Schneider at events around the UN General Assembly week in New York.
