We’ve talked about how you might be feeling right now and why; what happens in our brains when we hit a tough patch and how this translates into behaviour. We also understand how, if we employ unhealthy coping strategies again and again – if we make a habit out of dwelling or venting or numbing – then these become learnt behaviours.
