In the previous chapter we addressed how to come up with 10x priorities in three dimensions (M) and high-level options (O). Now we will deal with validating your Vantage Point (V) and effecting change at scale (E). Vantage Point is tricky in a 10x world because what you see can be deceptive. Very small developments can compound over a long time and could massively influence how realistic your priorities are and how effective your options might be.
