In the three-day, detailed design that follows, the “Time” column contains the start time for each day of the event with the design team’s best guess at how long (in minutes) each part of a module will take to complete. The “Content” column explains what is to be done during that module. The “Process” column contains specific logistics instructions ranging from when handouts need to be distributed to breakout room assignments.
